However, I unfortunately cannot support it.\n\nMy main concern is the return on investment. Based on the figures provided, it seems unlikely that the direct financial benefit to Cardano would exceed the amount being requested.\n\nThat said, I also do not want to vote No. A successful implementation could generate meaningful value for the Cardano ecosystem even if the full investment is never returned to the treasury. Unfortunately, this is very difficult to assess at this stage, as there are few comparable examples to draw from.\n\nFor that reason, I am voting Abstain."},"hashAlgorithm":"blake2b-256"}
